According to Bibi Shaw Hodge owner of SMN-news.com in personal emails, her issues started with local blogger Judith Roumou, after Bibi's niece, Uma went to Judith Roumou with accusations of incest, sexual assaults, pedophilia involving Bibi's three sons Ramzed, Joshue, and Ryed. Judith Roumou never publicly posted the accusations made by Bibi Shaw's niece Uma, instead she emailed her behind the scene to let her know.
Bibi Shaw's response was to wait until Parliamentarian Leroy de Weever assaulted and stole Roumou's equipment. In emails sent by Bibi Shaw she explained that she was using the situation to get back at Roumou, for daring to even write the accusations to her personally.
When we spoke to Bibi Shaw's niece, Uma-she stands by her story, that she walked in on Bibi Shaw's oldest son Ramzed sexually grooming his brother.
Bibi Shaw has not responded to the accusations by her niece, that her oldest son Ramzed has been sexually assaulting, and caught in the act of sexually assaulting the younger brother.
Ramzed has records of being in and out of drug rehab, and allegations of criminal activity to fund his relapses and drug habits.
The police are actively investigating Bibi Shaw's online attacks on Judith Roumou, it is not Bibi Shaw's first time being sued for lies, slander and libel. She has lost 5 times previously in court, and faces up to 4 slander/libel/lies lawsuit this year, one by the Guyanese government.
Judith Roumou also a prolific St Maarten blogger focuses on the government, and politics but has been spending more time doing tourism blogs until her courtcase has been resolved.
When contacted for comment, Bibi Shaw Hodge refused to answer or acknowledge the charges, court cases against her, and the sexual assault of her oldest son against is brother, alleged by Uma.
