PUTTING IT ON THEM.
St Maarten is now a new country.
Our laws and legislations are not dictated by a convicted criminal imported from Holland,
nor is it dictated by the most scrupulous and immoral of St Maarten's society. It is not written by Antiguans who can't even speak Dutch, and arrived in St Maarten on a Dick, then work their way to the top, of the bottom of the barrel picks.
Roland Duncan, although he would like to be , is not a dictator, and as a politician, and public official, he can be subject to jokes, parody, satire, sarcastic pieces, any of the above is considered NORMAL in a democracy.
Today, Hilbert Haar came out in his newspaper, and suggested LOCAL writers be muzzled, but he the convicted drug felon, woman abusing piece of trash, is some type of authority on St Maarten legislation.
Hilbert Haar then suggested THAT LOCALS EAT CRACKERS, AS OPPOSED TO COMPLAINING ABOUT THE RISING BREAD PRICES.
And St Maarteners might take offense to these satired photoshopped "art" but they will NEVER take offense to Hilbert Haar telling them to eat crackers, and feed their children crackers, when they can't afford bread.
