The Democratic Party stayed in power by orchestrating a 'co-alition' government with Theo Heyliger's United People's Party and the Three Amigo Independents, then Leroy de Weever was photographed by the blogger negotiating with Patrick Illidge on the Boardwalk, right before the "Carnival Coupe". The blogger posted the photos of Patrick Illidge and Leroy de Weevers secret negotiations.
