Get your Heinekens and binoculars ready. The Heineken Regatta is on again. This time in 2014, there will be more photos, and less videos. The annual Heineken Regatta is held between French St Martin and Dutch St Maarten carnival. Judith Roumou as usual will be doing the bul of the photos with contributions from others. St Maarten is a great happening place, and we have great photos to come.
