Post like these rile some people up in St Maarten. It appears that someone has a vendetta against the St Maarten Police department. But these photos are 1% in 100. Nobody talks about the other 99% complimentary videos and photos, the fact of the matter is, the St Maarten police have gotten mostly lucky. They've managed to confiscate illegally peoples cameras and other recording devices. These photos and videos are simply a lesson to the police department. They are using excessive force. The people in charge at the Police Station have seen these videos and photos, and what they need to do is to let their police know that EVERYTHING that they do, can and will be recorded. So they always have to follow protocol and procedure. If a policeman goes on duty, and follows procedure, he can't get in trouble. It's when they get the adrenaline rush, and there's a "suspect" that isn't being cooperative as they like, is when they mess up. The St Maarten police can be as critical of these photos and videos as they like, but if they were doing right in these videos, there would be no controversy. They need to clean up their act before they have their own Rodney King video
