How much of the money actually goes to the districts, and the so called "boyz".

Maurice Lake, who was appointed Minister of Vromi can be seen today in his latest P.R. campaign awarding a contract for the Sucker Garden district, to clean the neighborhood. It has already been shown, and proven that only roughly 10% of the money being awarded to these districts, actually goes to these distriction. Where is the independent auditor, to make sure that the money-all the money, actually goes towards the projects and the people working for these projects. I fully intend to ask Maurice Lake these questions on camera when I see him.
